- Assist in planning and coordinating trade shows, events, activations, and video/photo shoots, ensuring tasks align with business objectives.
- Help with logistical coordination and execution by supporting teams, vendors, and international partners.
- Collaborate in streamlining processes for better teamwork across departments and countries.
- Update shared task management tools (e.g., Notion) for the marketing team.
- Maintain the group marketing calendar and ensure that shared documents and tools are updated and accessible for stakeholders.
- Support in sourcing and communicating with vendors for merchandising and event materials.
- Assist in procurement, inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery of event supplies in line with brand standards.
- Help track and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet group-level business goals.
- Assist with data collection and reporting for campaigns to monitor progress.
- Provide support for operational needs like logistics, merchandise management, and procurement.
- Assist in tracking marketing spend and conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends.
- Work with cross-functional marketing teams (Demand Generation, Customer Experience, Content Marketing, Brand & Creative, PR & Comms) to ensure alignment and timely task delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments such as legal, procurement, finance, and customer care on operational processes.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Marketing Operations and project management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
