About the Role: The Master Data Administrator supports the APAC region by executing master data creation, maintenance, and first-level issue resolution for supplier, customer, employee, and salesperson records. This role ensures data accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to approved governance frameworks under the direction of the Master Data Specialist. Responsibilities: Maintain supplier, customer, employee, and salesperson master records for all APAC entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regional standards. Validate master data requests by coordinating with AP, AR, Procurement, and Sales teams to ensure proper documentation is provided. Verify bank account details for ANZ Business Units through EFTsure (or equivalent) before supplier onboarding. Execute annual review activities directed by the Master Data Specialist (MDS), ensuring data integrity. Identify and resolve day-to-day data discrepancies; escalate complex issues to the MDS for resolution. Manage and monitor APAC master data requests via the helpdesk system within agreed SLAs. Maintain the shared APAC master data mailbox, ensuring queries are addressed promptly. Provide feedback on process documentation and participate in training sessions for site requestors. Support compliance and audit reporting activities as assigned by the MDS. Required Qualification: A. Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. B. Experience: 2 to 3 years of working experience in data management. Prior experience in shared services or similar environments is preferred. C. Technical Skills: Managing master data within large ERP systems such as SAP, QAD, EPICOR or VCCMax. Familiarity with Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Sales processes. Ability to navigate and update complex data systems with accuracy and attention to detail. D. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. High attention to detail and the ability to spot data anomalies and discrepancies. E. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and colleagues across multiple countries in APAC. D.
