Job Responsibility Oversee the full spectrum of the e-commerce department. Plan and execute the online store from A - Z in various E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Webstore, etc. Develop the strategy for all channel activities with major and minor online campaigns and conduct a review for a post-mortem on all campaign-related outcomes. Manage the online store daily, including content, inventory, pricing, fulfillment, customer inquiries, packing, and delivery. Plan and forecast the online store inventory requirements and price settings ahead of sales campaigns. Developing and diversifying the online business opportunity that increases the company's income and future growth. Job Requirements Good Understanding of e-commerce landscape - should have sufficient and deep understanding of various platforms in the markets. Be able to navigate for successful implementations. The ability to read market data / insights - The incumbent must understand how social media works, and etc. via social media platforms. Be able to maximise organic content through such platforms to boost up the e-commerce sites and increase sales. Understanding of Logistics - The incumbent should have a firm grasp on logistic, possess the know-how in term of how to flow out the goods to the end-user. This includes thorough grasp of order fulfillment operations, inventory management, and collaborating with suppliers to guarantee quick order processing and fulfillment Continuous Learning and Adaptability - Must have the ability to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
