In this role candidate will be responsible to analyze and improve our as-is processes in our shared service setup involving various partners from different business units. You are encouraged to secure their alignment and drive actions based on data driven recommendations.In charge of creating and implementing a Six Sigma strategy for the organization.Design and deploy process Improvement initiatives with direct contact with senior executives in the organization.Work directly with internal process owners and Team Leads to suggest data driven improvements and drive changes.Conduct quantitative and qualitative deep dives on key processes across various verticals to identify actionable insights.Supervising process adherence & effectiveness through data driven analysis alongside presenting improvement measures.Drive Top-down opportunity identification workshops and bottom-up ideation initiatives for creation of high impact pipeline of process improvement opportunities.Facilitate/mentor lean and six sigma improvement activity to improve the flow within value streams.Being the mentor to impart Six Sigma knowledge and provide guidance to team members, which include Green Belt certification.Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by line manager to meet business objectives.Job Requirements :Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field, and a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.5-8 years of experience in process improvement, or a related role.Strong excel and data analysis skills, along with proven problem solving and analytical capabilitiesSolid understanding of project management methodologies, Lean Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks.Proven experience in driving performance improvement initiatives, implementing Six Sigma methodologies, and utilizing data analytics toolsStrong bias to get to the root cause of a problem and find actionable insights through existing ambiguityExperience in handling sophisticated projects involving multiple stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teamsAble to work independently, or in groups,effectively.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
