Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or retail management.
Experience in live commerce (TikTok Live / Shopee Live / Facebook Live) is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a driven and experienced leader to manage our sales team, including Sales Assistants cum Live Hosts. If you're passionate about leading, selling, and thriving in the live commerce scene-this role is for you!Responsibilities:

Plan and execute sales strategies (retail and live commerce).
Supervise and guide Sales Assistants and Live Hosts.
Ensure sales targets and live engagement KPIs are met.
Organize work schedules and live streaming sessions.
Train staff on product knowledge, live scripting & customer handling.
Prepare sales reports and improvement action plans.
Handle customer satisfaction and feedback professionally.
