Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

• Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Designing, implementing, and maintaining complex technology infrastructure, including network, server, storage, and cloud environments.
• System Management and Support: Managing and supporting the maintenance of IT infrastructure related equipment, software, and configurations to ensure smooth operations.
• Security and Compliance: Defining, validating, and implementing security controls and cybersecurity best practices.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitoring and maintaining system performance, ensuring reliability, and optimizing for optimal operation.
• Project Management: Leading infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations, particularly within cloud environments.
• Automation and DevOps: Utilizing development and DevOps tools, infrastructure management, and automation to create scalable and secure systems.
• Collaboration and Communication: Working collaboratively with other teams, including frontline support and backend infrastructure teams.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, storage solutions, cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and virtualization technologies.
• Infrastructure Management Tools: Proficiency in infrastructure management tools and automation platforms.
