Job Title: Warehouse & Production Executive/Team Lead Department: Production & Warehouse Location: Teluk Panglima Garang, Pulau Indah, Klang Job Type: Full-time About The Company : Our company is the world's leading fragrance manufacturing group based in Pulau Indah, Klang. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily Operations & Workflow Planning Plan and supervise daily work across Goods In, Production, and Goods Out to ensure efficiency and continuity of operations. Coordinate manning and space requirements for loading/unloading zones and warehouse functions. Schedule and supervise overtime work when necessary. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to 5S standards in all factory areas. Guarantee full contingency cover at all times. 2. Inventory Management Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure 100% inventory accuracy. Reconcile physical stock with system data and investigate discrepancies. Monitor and manage hazardous waste activities as per safety regulations. 3. Equipment & Maintenance Coordinate and ensure timely maintenance of all production equipment. Collaborate with maintenance teams and escalate issues promptly. 4. People Management & Development Lead, train, and coach a high-performing team, encouraging cross-training and skill development. Manage staff scheduling, holiday planning, and workload balancing. Set and review departmental KPIs, conducting regular performance appraisals. Recruit, select, and onboard new team members in line with company procedures. 5. Quality & Continuous Improvement Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints; implement corrective actions. Rework non-conforming products where possible to minimize waste. Identify and implement efficiency improvements across production and warehouse processes. Monitor operational KPIs and take proactive steps to improve performance. 6. Health, Safety & Compliance Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and legal compliance. Ensure adherence to CPL Aromas' industrial safety policies and procedures. Support and lead safety initiatives and audits. 7. Communication & Reporting Act as liaison between Production/Warehouse teams and Senior Management. Report regularly on team performance, issues, and progress toward objectives. Respond to internal and external customer requirements across the supply chain. Requirements: Essential: Proven experience in a Production or Warehouse supervisory/team lead role. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience in stock control and warehouse management systems. Good understanding of HSE and quality standards in manufacturing. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. Preferred: Background in fragrance, FMCG, or chemical manufacturing environments. Forklift license and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems. Formal qualifications in Operations, Logistics, or Team Leadership.
