Roles and Responsibilities: Supporting department head on all related matters To deal with QM issue, daily follow up and reply email accordingly To collaborate with china supplier, do market survey and comparison To coordinate with purchasing department and provide support to all departments including audit SOP, logistics, travel arrangements etc. Establish good relationships with all team members from various departments. Able to work closely with purchaser, warehouse, logistics and etc. in providing excellent coordinating requirements To performs other related duties and ad-hoc task as assigned job. Able to travel when it is needed. Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Power Point Able to speak & read Mandarin, English, Malay.
