What's the role Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on launching new functionalities and growing adoption of digital platforms. You will also be the gatekeeper and ambassador for creating seamless experience for our customers on our digital platforms. What does the role involve Enrich the website content by creating Editorial pages, articles, blogs on a continuous basis to improve the user experience. Ownership of continuously monitoring and improving website quality by working closely with stakeholder in product and engineering teams as necessary. Support re-activation of existing customers and acquisition of new customers by driving online registration & purchase. Create and execute comprehensive eBusiness strategies aligned to strategic objectives within the organization. Work closely with markets to continuously support the launch, training, and adoption of new functionalities to strengthen our digital platforms. Create performance metrics to measure success and analyze the problems and growth opportunities within different markets. Collaborate with global eBusiness and IT Teams to solve technical problems and define roadmap for rollout of new functionalities. Ensure compliance with Brand, Legal, and Regulatory guidelines through Hilti's approval process. Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, goal completion and customer journeys (in Google Analytics). Perform ROI analysis with campaign manager and social media teams to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of different web-based marketing campaigns. Basic knowledge of SEO (Search engine optimization) and work closely with the global and local teams in increasing the website traffic and rankings. Why should you apply An Individual contributor with atleast 5-6 of relevant experience in managing online platforms/ecommerce platforms, preferably in a B2B setup. Experience in SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, data analysis techniques and advanced Excel will be a big plus. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Self-starter with ability to resolve problems independently. Highly proficient in PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional team members (local and international) and key stakeholders in Global and regional teams within the organization. Ability to define strategy and goals. Problem solving skills. Proficient in spoken and written English. Able to drive and influence other different departments to work together towards same direction with high performing mindset.
