ob Responsibilities : * Coordinate and ensure completion of Vulnerability Assessment Tests based on severity and priority guidelines. * Drive timely remediation of critical and high-priority cyber security vulnerabilities. * Evaluate and recommend approaches for handling medium and low-priority vulnerabilities. * Resolve unassigned or incomplete vulnerability records to prevent unknown vulnerabilities exceeding 30 days. * Collaborate with Product teams, Cyber Security teams, and external suppliers/vendors. * Identify patterns and implement process improvements for vulnerability management. * In additional to above, handle any ad-hoc task relevant to this role. 3.Primary skill set:- Refer to soft skill sets 4.Nice to Have skill sets : * Basic understanding of cyber security vulnerability management. * Knowledge of compute environments including Server, Backup, Storage, and Network. * Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), DELL servers, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). * Understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, OSI model, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs). * Awareness of network security principles (e.g., encryption protocols, firewalls, access control). * Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms. 5.Soft skill sets : * Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). * Strong coordination and facilitation abilities to lead meetings and drive outcomes. * Proactive in follow-ups, stakeholder engagement and task ownership. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Effective planning and prioritization of tasks. * Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
