- Work Location: KLIA 2, Sepang.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or senior kitchen role in a fast-paced F&B environment.-Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage kitchen staff effectively.-Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.-Good communication and problem-solving skills.-Familiarity with kitchen equipment, inventory management, and standard operating procedures
- Supervise day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate food preparation and cooking according to menu specifications and quality standards.
- Assist in managing and training kitchen staff, including commis chefs, assistants, and cleaners.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency in presentation for all dishes.
- Enforce strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Conduct routine checks on kitchen cleanliness, equipment functionality, and proper food storage.
- Oversee kitchen inventory: track stock levels, monitor ingredient usage, and report shortages to the Head Chef.
- Support in receiving, inspecting, and organizing food and supply deliveries.
- Assist in staff scheduling and uphold team discipline, attendance, and punctuality.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and other departments to ensure smooth order flow and resolve operational issues.
- Address minor customer feedback related to food preparation or service in a professional and solution
- oriented manner.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with health authority regulations and internal SOPs
