ABOUT THE ROLE: We seek a skilled Content Marketing Manager to oversee our owned media channels, including Blogs, Websites, SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing. With a focus on organic growth, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective content strategies and managing a team dedicated to executing these plans. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in content creation, project management, and team leadership. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy across all owned media channels, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives. Manage creating, publishing, and distributing engaging and high-quality content for our blog, website, and social media platforms. Oversee SEO efforts to enhance organic visibility and ranking. Lead email marketing campaigns from conceptualization to execution, monitoring performance and optimizing for engagement and conversions. Direct social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to content marketing. Manage and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and marketing specialists. Analyze content marketing data to understand performance, inform future strategies, and report on ROI. Keep abreast of content marketing trends and best practices to improve our strategies continuously. EXPECTED OUTCOMES: The key results we expect from this role include: Enhanced Organic Presence: Grow our online visibility and engagement through effective content marketing strategies. Team Efficiency: Lead a high-performing team to meet and exceed content marketing goals. Project Management: Ensure timely and successful execution of content marketing projects and campaigns. Data-Driven Strategies: Utilize analytics to inform decisions and improve the impact of content marketing efforts. REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, focusing on digital channels. Proven expertise in managing blogs, SEO, email, and social media marketing. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team. Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard. Proficient in content analytics and performance measurement tools. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Creative and strategic thinker, capable of developing innovative content marketing strategies. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
