- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work on-site at the Global Security Operations Centre for scheduled shifts.
- Experience with standard cybersecurity detection tools.
- Skilled in Windows, Linux, and MacOS operating systems.
- Possession of cybersecurity certification(s) from reputable organizations or a strong motivation to obtain certification within the six months of employment.
- Proficient in using cyber defense tools for continuous monitoring and analysis of system activity to identify malicious activities.
- Comfortable working with highly complex, globally connected hybrid information systems that incorporate multiple locations, as well as on-premises and cloud assets.
- Ability to break down large and complex items into manageable pieces while maintaining an understanding of the overall picture.
- Experience in analyzing security events of varying severity levels and appropriately escalating incidents for detailed analysis and triage.
- Capability to independently investigate and analyze log data for anomalous, suspicious, or malicious activities.
- Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate frequently, and share knowledge generously with peers.
- Completion of a university internship or previous work experience in technology, Help Desk, or General IT roles.
- Strong desire for professional growth, learning, and development.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
