- Lead a team Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Consultant towards achievement of Islamic Personal Financing (PF-i) target.
- Provide leadership and amanagement to Sales Consultants PF-i.
- Assist BDM to foster relationship with government agencies and pensioner related associations
- Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximise sales and achieve targets & busienss KPIs
- Establish and ensure sales targets are met by all staff
- Personally solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objectives/sales are maximized
- motivate, guide and coach sales staff
- Jointly develop and plan for marketing and sales campaigns
- Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales
- Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts
- Cross selling of other retail banking such as ASB, PF-i, Credit Cards and etc.
- Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank
- Oversight on code of ethic of ASM/SC PF of sales process and activities
- Jointly plan for recruitment and retention of sales personnel
- Motivate, coaching and mentoring sales personnel for peak performance
- Anticipates customers' needs to deliver quality service, customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).Minimum 3 years experience in sales and management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (local knowledge and dialect is a plus)
- Basic understanding of sales operation & banking products
- Experience in sales management and leading sales team
- Winning attitude, success driven, self-initiated and able to work independently
- Good track record of sales achievement
- Strong interpersonal skills and service oriented
- Ability to relate and connect to local community
