Key Responsibilities: Temenos experience, including modules, methodology (TIM), relevant project exposure, and official certifications. Prior experience of working on consulting projects is required. An ideal candidate would have contributed to Temenos T24 projects. Knowledge of the complete value chain within a specific business domain is a strong asset and should be highlighted Hands-on experience with core banking platforms (especially Temenos) familiarity with Avaloq, Finacle, Flexcube, or proprietary systems is a plus Participation in core banking transformation, upgrade, or migration projects Experience conducting gap analyses and impact assessments Familiar with both Agile (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall delivery methodologies Experience documenting controls and aligning solutions with compliance and regulatory requirements Basic technical understanding of data models, APIs, and system integration Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities Proven ability to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Experience working in cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and operational staff Familiarity with test case creation, test coordination, and defect management Experience with data migration, cutover planning, and go-live support is a plus Key Qualifications: Minimum 3 years and above of experience, preferably with consulting experience. Proficient in writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) experience in Temenos-specific BRD writing should be explicitly mentioned Skilled in requirement elicitation through workshops, interviews, and analysis of existing documentation Understanding of financial regulations (e.g., Basel III, MiFID II, PSD2, AML/KYC, FATCA) About Accenture We work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
