We're looking for stellar Performance Marketer who will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through the strategic use of digital advertising platforms. This position involves a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of digital advertising tools and trends. Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch across Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms. Data Analysis and Optimization: Continuously analyze performance data and metrics, and optimize campaigns based on insights to achieve maximum ROI. Use A/B and multivariate testing to refine strategies. Keyword and Audience Research: Conduct thorough keyword and audience research to target ads effectively. Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO and SEM to enhance campaign performance. Budget Management: Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets efficiently to maximize returns. Make data-driven decisions to allocate budget across different channels and campaigns. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with the target audience. Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines. Performance Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and optimization strategies to stakeholders. Use data visualization tools to make reports understandable at a glance. Trend Monitoring and Adaptation: Stay ahead of the curve on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Be prepared to adapt strategies on the fly to leverage new opportunities. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and content departments, to align digital advertising strategies with broader business goals. Ensure clear communication of campaign objectives, timelines, and outcomes. Requirements: Experience: Proven track record of success in managing PPC, display, and social media advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Google AdWords and Meta Ads. Analytical Skills: High proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Creativity: A keen eye for compelling ad creatives and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ad technology, tracking, and attribution models. Comfortable using advertising automation and optimization tools. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
