- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Assist in analyzing data to support business development strategies.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities for business expansion.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and networking.
- Support the BDM in preparing pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Participate in client meetings and follow-ups to foster relationships.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts.
- Address client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Assist in drafting quotes, proposals, and contract documents.
- Ensure proposals align with client needs and company capabilities.
- Support negotiations under the guidance of the BDM/HOD.
- Work with Tech, Ops, and Support teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Document client interactions and update CRM systems.
- Provide administrative support for business development activities.
- Track and report on business development activities, lead conversions, and sales progress.
- Assist in preparing performance reports for management review.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Experience in lead generation, client outreach, and proposal support.
- Understanding of market trends and customer needs.
