About the Role The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for performance reviews, learning and development, and employee retention. You will be involved in improving existing processes and procedures while collaborating with key stakeholders across the business. This role will actively participate in translating business plans into talent, engagement, and organization plans. Our HRBPs uniquely partner with our Talent Acquisition team to manage the growth of the organization ranging from headcount planning, conducting interviews, to job architecture design. Our HRBPs are trusted advisors to the business, and champions of our company culture. Most importantly, we operate as a team; we are highly collaborative, humble, and supportive of each others growth and success. Responsibilities Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to grow the business through interviewing, onboarding, and evaluating candidates. Coach and mentor business team-leaders to help build a strong community that will improve the development of the business. Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance when appropriate; including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations. Be the ambassador for the TikTok organizational culture by partnering with business units to drive engagement focus Guide employees through their onboarding experience, providing a great landing program, and conduct onboarding training to educate HR information. Support ordinary HR core works for employee life cycle such as employee retention through exit interviews, skip level with employees, employee satisfaction survey and others. Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case. Qualifications 5-7 years of Human Resources working experience with minimum of 3 years HRBP or relevant working experience. Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, good at structural thinking and problem solving. Experience with regional/global/cross cultural project management preferred. BA/BS degree preferred. Ready to embark journey in a fast pace environment and comfortable with change management.
