Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization&aposs human resource strategy to support the business growth. Provides support and guidance to stakeholders and mgmt. team on HR related scope. Oversees employee disciplinary, terminations, and investigations. Maintains compliance with local authorities on local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements. Handle legal matters related to employment issues, such as discrimination claims or labor disputes. Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Communicate policies and procedures to employees. Ensure consistent implementation and enforcement of policies across the organization.
