What You'll Be Doing Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for banking roles -ranging from Relationship Managers, Personal Bankers, Wealth Managers etc. Partner closely with banking clients to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning. Proactively source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiation. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for urgent and recurring banking vacancies. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and deliver quality hires within tight timelines. What We're Looking For Min 1 year of recruitment experience , within banking, financial services, or agency settings. Familiarity with hiring for front-office (Sales, RM, Personal banker) roles. Strong sourcing and screening skills with a knack for identifying high-potential candidates. Excellent communication in English (Mandarin is a plus). Able to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Goal-oriented, client-focused, and committed to delivering results. ????
