- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR management within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
