The Role We are seeking an Account Manager to join our business team. In this role, you will support the Account Leads in developing digital solutions and clear goals for our clients. As the go-to contact, you will coordinate in execution of projects, learn to work with a variety of stakeholders whilst fostering your knowledge of the client's business and liaise with cross-functional internal teams. Job Description and Responsibilities Client Management Day-to-day client management, maintaining regular contact with the client to ensure effective communication. Clear understanding and decoding of client feedback and response required. Manage general internal and external communication amongst working team and clients. Writing and circulating meeting agendas, contact reports and updating WIP documents. Administrative Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients. Coordinate and manage the process of projects closely from brief to delivery. Manage the budget and timelines on your projects, and be responsible for keeping project finance trackers and delivery up to date. Requirements You sweat the details, careful in planning and bold in communication. You prefer rolling your sleeves up and getting your hands dirty to fix the problem. Self-driven, organised and have an eye for detail 3 years experience in Digital Production A hands-on, can do approach to solving problems Proficient in both spoken and written English language Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy Able to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced, creative environment Exhibit passion and curiosity for digital marketing and emerging trends in social, mobile, product and service innovation as the industry evolves Show more Show less
