Work together with other Servicing teams and departments to provide clear business insights on planning analytic strategy. Design project reporting metrics and insights according to client requirements. Attend all analytic ad-hoc jobs assigned or inquiries from superior and clients . Client servicing Follow up with clients on feedback and approvals to ensure timely production and delivery . Respond urgently to client&aposs enquiries , ad-hoc tasks , amendments , feedback , and issues from the Client Marketing team. Implement new strategies and ideas whenever suitable. Market Data Analysis & Reporting Design, develop, and manage dashboards and visual reports. Analyze digital marketing and E-commerce data from platforms including: Meta, Google, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Shopee, Lazada , etc. Monitor campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis . Provide optimization recommendations from market and business perspectives. Interpret market trends , user behavior , customer journeys , and growth opportunities using various data sources. Support market research and surveys . Data Management & Tools Integration Utilize CRM and CDP platforms to manage customer data and ensure data accuracy and system integration . Handle social listening tools to track social and market conversations . Organize data to maintain structured datasets for reporting and performance tracking . Cross-functional Collaboration & Strategy Collaborate with CRM, Media, Content , and other internal teams to align data reports with business goals . Support the setup, structure, and visualization of reporting formats according to internal and client needs . Reporting Management Lead the setup, design, and visualization of reports, charts, and dashboards . Organize and transform unstructured data into actionable insights . Ensure reporting metrics, KPIs, and insights are aligned with client requirements and business objectives . Requirements Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or related fields. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in data analysis, market research or a related field. Agency background is highly preferred . Strong understanding of the Malaysian market landscape and consumer behavior . Familiar with social media platforms : Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Lemon8 , etc. Familiar with e-commerce platforms : Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify , etc. Proficient in using advertising platforms : Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads . Hands-on experience with website analytics tools : Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify , etc. Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as Resultick, Sensordata is a plus. Knowledge of Social Listening Tools (SLT) such as Meltwater, Google Maps Extractor, YunTing is a plus. Fluent in both English and Malay .
