Job Responsibility Manage a team of sales working on online/offline sales activities/events to achieve company sales targets. Manage a group of Team Members to achieve sales target set by the Company. Identify new sales channel and potential markets and customer needs. Responsibilities for generating the advertisement in social media, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc. Coach team member on sales techniques, procedures and standard foe achieving the target set. Training, motivating, performance managing, developing and progressing our staff. Work closely with different departments to maximize the output. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign for continuous improvement. Maintaining company s social media presence across all digital channels. Handle customers enquiry and interact with them on social media platform or online channels. Ability to communicate through appropriate technology platforms and online marketing campaign such as Facebook, Instagram, website and etc. Undertake and complete any other tasks in relation to the effective delivery of the job expected of a Sales Leader as determined and directed by the Company from time to time Job Requirements Prefer ---Chinese--- (Mandarin Speaker) Min SPM / Diploma or equivalent in related field Experienced e-commerce sales prefer Discipline, self motivated and independent Computer literate Fluent in English & Mandarin Experience preferred but not essential Able to travel when required E-Commerce Experience Preferred Job Benifits Uncapped commission up to RM10,000+ Friendly working environment EPF SOCSO PCB Annual Leave MC Claim Annual Bonus Company Trip
