This role assists in developing and executing strategic initiatives that align with the Group's marketing and communication strategies, with the goal of elevating HLISB's brand with internal, external, and prospective customers. Public Relations & Media Relations: Manage all media relations activities, crisis communications, and coordinate special events with a focus on launching new products and services. Strategic Communications: Study business objectives and promotional needs to plan and execute communication strategies for both internal and external audiences. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Confer with internal stakeholders to identify trends, provide strategic advice, and ensure key messaging consistency. Manage relationships with a variety of media partners, including financial, business, and digital platforms. Publicity & Social Media: Manage all public relations, publicity, and social media activities for HLISB to promote ideas, products, and services. Marketing Support: Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and partner programs across all public and delivery channels.
