Education Level: SPM, Diploma or above
Year of Experience: min. 1 year in retail industry
Language: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Availability: Work on weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner
Execute and support the store's daily operations efficiently
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and helpful manner
Handle sales transactions accurately and promptly
Provide good customer service consistently
Uphold store presentation standards, including visual merchandising and cleanliness
