Job Responsibility Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third-party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions. Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences. Reaching and building a KOL network for different categories on social media. Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns. Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement. Plan and execute collaborative content strategies with KOLs, including guest posts, interviews, social media content, participation in brand events, and or launches. Work with Content and Creative team to create high-quality content and to align KOL strategies with broader marketing goals. Manage the budget allocated for KOL partnerships and campaigns effectively Edit video for KOL (as demo) if needed. Job Requirements Having at least 1 or 2 years experience as a KOL Management Officer Familiar with digital campaign Good English in oral and written (preferred) Identifying and researching potential KOLs who align with the company's brand and target audience. Building and maintaining relationships with KOLs through effective communication and collaboration. Negotiating and managing partnerships with KOLs, including contract agreements, compensation, and deliverables. Monitoring and analyzing KOL performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and partnerships. Providing guidance and support to KOLs to ensure they deliver content that resonates with their audience and aligns with the company's brand messaging. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to optimize KOL partnerships and campaigns. Managing budgets and resources effectively to maximize the impact of KOL collaborations within set financial parameters. Measuring and reporting on the ROI of KOL campaigns to demonstrate the value and impact of influencer partnerships on the company's marketing objectives.
