You will support our operation and coordinating internally from office and field sites.As a Lead Operation Specialist - Upstream Chemical, you will be responsible for:Managing and overseeing all aspects of production chemistry supply and service contracts to ensure successful delivery to our customersProviding on-site technical guidance and support for production operations, process engineering, commercial and operational queriesMonitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing of chemical treatment programs to provide support to the production operations groupPreparing of technical reviews and proposals of new chemical solutions to share with our customersOrganizing routine production chemical reviews and selection activities to verify changing customer needsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Science or related fieldsHave at least 5 years of experience in Upstream Production Chemicals Application & OperationsHave knowledge in process optimization and production chemistry.Has onshore / offshore operation experience.Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutionsDemonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS OfficeHave client and team management experienceWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.Normal office-based working hours, Monday to FridayWorking with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
