Job description 1. Assist of Management System Executive and 2. Maintain and update the Documented Information Master list NPI, ECN, PI, WI, QAN, SAN, Customer Approval, Test Report, SDS, Internal & External. 3. To check and record the attendance of Management system and Continuous Improvement department. 4. To compile all documents & drawing based on ISO standard or Company Standard. 5. To control any received document & drawing from outside / customer. 6. Issue PR for management system and Continuous Improvement department. 7. Keep filling and retrieve of Business Continuity, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety as well as Quality Management Systems' documented information. 8. Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures. 9. To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk. 10. Maintain and responsible for 5's practices in workplace. 11.
