Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas

Ideal Profile

Native Korean + B2 English to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region
You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Consulting, IT Services and Software industry.
You have working knowledge of BPO, other, inbound calls and outbound calls
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
