JD: 1.Responsible for establishing and improving the customer service process system for the "Bay of Lights" project, defining SOPs for each stage, and formulating customer service training plans to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. 2.Develop targeted customer service training procedures and standards for different project types, strictly implement the established processes and systems, and take full responsibility for the overall customer service operations of the "Bay of Lights" project. JR: 1.Bachelor's degree or above; fluent in both Chinese and English. 2.3-5 years of experience in property customer service management. Experience in sales gallery operations or clubhouse/property management is preferred. 3.Professional demeanor with strong workplace etiquette; candidates with experience in international workplace communication will be given priority (this role will involve coordination with non-Chinese clients).
