Credit Policy Manager Why Join As a Credit Policy Manager at OCBC, you&aposll play a critical role in shaping the bank&aposs lending decisions and risk management strategies. You&aposll work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement credit policies that balance business growth with risk management, and contribute to the bank&aposs long-term success. How you succeed To excel in this role, you&aposll need to stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks. You&aposll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and refine credit policies, and provide expert guidance to stakeholders on policy implementation. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in identifying potential risks and opportunities. What you do To undertake adoption and localisation of Enterprise, Credit & ESG Policies and Procedures with customisation to suit local operations and local regulatory requirements. To undertake periodic update and review of Enterprise, Credit & ESG Policies and Procedures arising from regulatory compliance and economic / business strategy changes and market practices, including ensuring update of Enterprise, Credit & ESG Policies and Procedures on intranet Development of ad-hoc Enterprise, Credit & ESG Policies and Procedures for MY arising from regulatory compliance and economic/business strategy changes and market practices. Administration and maintenance of Lending Authority Limits (LAL) delegation and Panel of Valuers. Day-to-day advisory support to Business Units and CRR (include Audit) on clarification of Credit Policies and Procedures. To prepare annual Risk Management Chapter, including coordinating with other stakeholders for their contributions. To performing secretarial duties for Credit Risk Management Committee (CRMC) Who you are Possess a recognized degree preferably in Economics or Business, coupled with minimum 8 years' of relevant working experience. Excellent command in both written and spoken English. Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and excellent interpersonal skills. Meticulous with an eye for details and good planning and organizing skills. Possesses a positive, can do attitude.
