Our design team is divided into several empowered teams focused on creating an efficient app experience, ensuring fair and transparent earnings, and maintaining a healthy supply pipeline. We focus on creating solutions that are simple and delightful for our Driver Partners to improve opportunities and efficiency to fulfil consumer orders without fail, rain or shine.Get to Know the RoleYou'll be innovating our marketplace intelligence capabilities: Leverage human-centric thinking and data visualization to impact how we observe, understand and scale the marketplace, including insight, driver-partner performance, operations automation, AI diagnostics, smart alerts, and forecasting – elevating the daily experience of our 40M+ customers and driver-partners across the region.You will collaborate across the region with product, engineering, data science, and analytics to develop the solutions that empower our internal teams to make better, data-driven decisions.This is an onsite role in Grab Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office and reporting to Senior Design Manager, Fulfilment in Singapore.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Ensure we build the right solutions - addressing value, usability, feasibility and viability, and any necessary trade-offs with minimal waste, while safeguarding goals
Communicate and back design rationale effectively and convince senior stakeholders
Drive collaboration across domains, functions and teams; facilitating their alignment and efficiencies by driving discussions, workshops and exploration
Drive problem exploration, solution discovery and solution delivery across teams; displaying autonomy to work and navigate complexity independently
Conduct user research together with the operations team to uncover and confirm the assumptions of your design
Develop problem-framing approaches, establishing new starting points that lead to new kinds of solutions, not just execution, across teams
Design simple solutions to complex, abstract problems; connecting the dots across multiple 'products' in an experience and unlocking new value
Produce visual design that elevates the quality, consistency, and credibility of user experiences

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will NeedPre-requisite Requirement: Your design portfolio (at least 2 completed case studies in English for the past 2 years) that showcases your contributions, the impact of your projects, and provides clear context. Highlight your end-to-end workflow, detailing how you move from problem discovery to launch.

4+ years in UI/UX or product design on cross functional teams
Excellent fundamentals in interaction and visual design, including creation of user flows, responsive design, design systems, and data visualization
Strong track record of iterative design, collaborating closely with product tech and business partners from inception through implementation
Must be proficient and experienced in Figma and prototyping tools
Experience conducting user research using diverse methods and translating findings into actionable product requirements or improvements
Prior experience designing dashboards, internal tools, or b2b web portals.
Understanding of UX interactions in LLM. Curious and adept on leveraging AI in your design process, and first experiences with vibe coding (e.g. Cursor, replit, lovable)
