- This role is responsible for Provide application support mainly in Leave module, Performance Management module and Roster Plan.
- Support line manager in the delivery of Regional HR Systems unit strategies, goals and objectives for and align with Group HR strategies.
- Develop and maintain cloud-native applications and services, manage infrastructure resources, enabling automation and reproducibility.
- Work together with vendor in monitoring and tracking the health of application and make adjustments for cost efficiency and performance improvements.
- Translate business needs into clear system requirements and drive implementation.
- Develop and maintain customised HRMS report using XML Publisher and Oracle Discoverer.
- Provide support for HRMS, but not limited to researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws and recommend solutions or alternate method to meet business requirements or for better efficiency.
- Ensure all the flows (module) are running smoothly, troubleshooting any error functionally and technically.
- Collaborate with IT department and vendor to coordinate application troubleshooting, patches or fix and perform system maintenance activities.
- Provides system technical advice and support to HR heads to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with regional HR peers in developing documentation for HR systems implementation.
- Mentor junior team members, where required
- Maintain confidentiality of data and departmental security at all times.
- Ensures all operations are in compliance with Group, local and regional regulations (eg MAS)
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, CIMB policies & procedures, guidelines and the Department's policies and procedures
- To perform any other responsibilities / task as assigned by the management from time to time.
