Which is why when you join us, your journey can be one of continuous evolution.We’re a community of experts that hail from every discipline.We’re activists who embrace challenges with agility and dynamism.We’re idealists who thrive on inspiration.We’re romantics who believe that an idea can change the world, but also that the idea can come from anyone and anywhere.We’re all that, but we don’t stop at that.Because we’re committed to becoming better versions of ourselves, every. single. day.Job DescriptionThe Integrated Designer will be involved in all aspects of graphic design supporting the other Art Directors in the delivery of a range of materials across print and digital outputs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESExpectations of an Integrated Designer● Develop creative designs and layouts across disciplines and mediums including Visual Identity, Print design, Packaging, POSM, Digital and Social● Deliver and maintain agency’s creative vision on all projects from creative brief to design work completion● Deliver design solutions that meet the objectives of individual projects● Utilise input from the team and possess the ability to continue further design exploration and refinement● Participate in internal meetings and revise designs according to feedback● Manage time efficiently and work in an organised way● Working collaboratively with Creatives or Production to deliver design outputs of the highest quality● Proven understanding of typography, layout, colour and grid structures● High attention to detailQualificationsKEY REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Experience● Minimum 2 to 4 years’ of experience in an integrated agency or equivalent● The ability to think creatively and deliver clever design concepts with through-the-line executions● Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines● Understands and uses the latest in computer design software, i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, etc. AfterEffects and Premiere Pro a plus.● Experience in creating digital storyboards and high fidelity mockups/prototypes● In-depth print and digital design capabilities● The ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlines● Problem solving skillsNice to have● Previous experience working with retail and/or F&B brands● Understanding of Singapore’s consumers and business environment is a plus.
