Job Description: Manage and provide property repairing solutions Make decision on repairing Manage and fix property's damages (Received case from Lessor/Ground Team) Manage property termination cases Negotiate with landlord for property maintenance and termination Improve property termination processes Manage subcontractor in planned schedule work Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred Excellent in communication, negotiating, and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders Basic Microsoft Office/Google Gsuite is required Can-do attitude, Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Fresh Graduate are welcome ..Frequent travelling is required..
