- Reporting to a VP of marketing while leading a large team, you are expected to function as an entrepreneur to develop and grow the brand's traction and awareness.
- Craft and continually develop CRM programs.
- Responsible in conducting engaging marketing activities with PR and consultants, while promoting brand excitement and equipping them with the latest product launches.
- Monitoring marketing materials on all products, events and promotions made readily available for consultants and end users.
- Sensitive to competitor activities to keep abreast of marketing trends. A good eye for key KOLs that are relevant to brand identity.
- Manage A&P budgetary planning to ensure optimum ROI and meeting the company's objectives.
- Adept at reporting brand performance and plans to key stakeholders.
- Has managed a sizeable team before
