Responsibilities As a Senior Cost Accoutant, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Cost Accounting (30%): Production Accounting Update Standard Cost Material Master and Routing Labor Tracking and Reporting Variance Analysis & Reporting Project Cost Accounting Inventory (25%): Account Control and Reconciliations Production (RM/WIP/FG), Demo, Software, and Service Year end physical count Audits Perform Cost Settlement Run in SAP General Accounting (20%): Month-End Journal Entries Cost Accounting/Inventory/Fixed Assets Inventory Accounts Reconciliations RBNI (Received But Not Invoiced) Analysis Freight Analysis Reporting (10%): Inventory Metrics & Roll forwards Prepare Month end closing and reporting General Areas (10%): Audits (External & Internal) Internal Control Compliance Process Improvements Cross Training within the Finance Team Fixed Assets (5%): Physical Count and Tagging Qualifications To be successful in this position, you will possess At least Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent Minimum 8 - 10 years of working experience in related field is required for this position Thorough knowledge in product costing, variance analysis, inventory reconciliation and inventory count Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office and SAP (mandatory) Thorough understanding of a production driven environment A Positive attitude at work
