We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager - Product Management to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of EPOS's next-generation merchant solutions - built for product-led growth and self-serve adoption. This role is perfect for a strategic product leader who can combine data-driven decision-making, exceptional UX instincts, and commercial acumen to create products that sell themselves. You will own the product roadmap, translate market and customer insights into product requirements, and work closely with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to deliver exceptional merchant solutions. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & PLG Roadmap Define and lead the development and execution of theEPOS' product-led growth strategy in alignment with EPOS's vision and business goals. Own the self-serve product roadmap , ensuring frictionless onboarding, guided setup, and embedded education. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Product Development & Delivery Lead the design of exceptionally intuitive, mobile-first and web-first user experiences tailored for busy merchants. Work closely with engineering and design teams to guide product development from concept to launch. Partner closely with design and engineering to deliver delightful and efficient self-serve experiences from prototype to production. Implement robust A/B testing, usability testing, and rapid iteration to continually improve key user flows. Define success metrics across the full customer funnel - from sign-up to active usage to revenue expansion - and report progress regularly to leadership. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies. Partner with senior leadership to align on priorities, resources, and success metrics. Communicate product vision, updates, and performance to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Team Leadership Mentor and guide product managers and associate product managers to build a high-performing product team. Promote a culture of customer-centric innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus). 7-10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role . Proven track record of delivering successful product-led growth in digital products, preferably in F&B, retail, or SaaS sectors. Strong understanding of user onboarding, activation metrics, in-product engagement loops, churn prevention. Exceptional eye for UI/UX design principles and ability to collaborate deeply with design teams. Commercially minded with the ability to balance business priorities and technical trade-offs.
