Role Summary This role drives new revenue through strategic projects, including 5G initiatives, M&A, and partnerships. It manages concept development, stakeholder engagement, performance analysis, and long-term strategic planning for the Corporate Development division. Responsibilities Responsible to drive priority strategic projects to generate new revenue sources (beyond core) for the Group, including the management of the entire end-to-end process: Evaluation of new business ideas / proposals Exploration with external parties - strategic external partnership opportunities and M&A Development of entire concept until early execution To lead key work streams under 5G project (a priority strategic project) which includes 5G-related M&A (e.g. SSA), 5G wholesale operations, 5G dual network transition, and 5G use case development. This will include stakeholder engagement across all levels, BoD, principals, industry leaders, vendors, and GoM Ministries (including MCMC). To support and drive performance management for CD, this includes analysis of performance indicators of business lines, and where necessary, identifying initiatives to improve topline performance and overall cost structure (Operational Efficiency, structural cost initiatives) To develop long term (3-5year) strategic direction of CD, which includes leading CDM/CDL level workshops and discussions across various strategic topics. Also responsible for further developing and executing key strategic projects / initiatives resulting from BoD discussions Requirements Strategic consulting experience, leading and delivering strategy-type projects In-depth experience analysing numbers and developing detailed financial models, valuations, projections, cost benefit analysis In-depth telecoms sector and business model experience (including network knowledge) Experience and affinity with analysis and numbers. Intellectual curiosity Strategic / critical thinking and analysis, able to frame problems, develop approaches and solutions / options In-depth financial analysis, basic analytics and familiarity with P&L, Cashflows Advanced financial modelling Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to develop and present storyboard / analysis for Senior Management and BoD level Next Steps Thank you for taking the first step towards joining our team at CelcomDigi!
