- Ensure accurate maintenance of personnel data, employment contracts, and working conditions.
- Assist the Manager Human Capital with various tasks.
- Craft and uphold HR policies and procedures in alignment with Malaysian labour regulations and company guidelines.
- Handle all aspects of employee hiring, termination, and temporary staff procedures.
- Generate reports for Senior Management as required.
- Serve as the point of contact for HR and employment inquiries.
- Administer monthly payroll activities, overtime claims, and statutory deductions.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Oversee personnel affairs and benefits concerning group health insurance, EPF, SOCSO, and tax authorities.
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and related documentation.
- Design and deliver training initiatives to enhance employee's job understanding and skills.
- Coordinate company sports, recreational activities, and HR/CSR events.
- Fulfil additional duties or assignments as directed by superiors.
- Candidates should hold a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Ideally, they should possess over 10 years of experience in HR roles.
- Proficiency in Malaysian Labour Law, including the Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act, EPF regulations, and disciplinary procedures, is essential.
- Experience liaising with government agencies such as the Ministry of Human Resource and Immigration Department is preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate independence, strong interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, and a positive work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English are required.
