Together, we’re the next BIG thing in data.Job DescriptionAs the IT Developer Intern, you will develop, code, configure, test, debug, maintain, enhance and install software product for new and ongoing business projects. You will collaborate with HR subject matter experts in requirements analysis, system design, and delivering solution to best support business needs. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the implementation and support of the company’s HR & Payroll application system.
Participate in system design, writing and implementing efficient code.
Maintaining and upgrading existing systems.
Help troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Maintain system documentation.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical specifications and user manuals.

QualificationsREQUIRED

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Demonstrated interest in IT Developer role
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic understanding of RESTful APIs
Basic knowledge of database management systems, preferably MS SQL
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED

Knowledge of .NET framework, ASP.NET, and MVC architecture is preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI/Apps/Automate) is a plus
