As an Enterprise Architect, your enormous responsibility is to lead the development of the IT Landscape, Architecture, Roadmap, Guiding Principles and Standards at Enterprise Level to deliver on our telco tech ambition. Division / Department : Technology/TSA/ITSA Location : CD-Hub Will report to : Head of Section You Have : Vast experience and exposure in one or more of these primary domains - BSS Core, CRM, Billing, Middleware and Integration, Touchpoint and Channels, Data Analytics, Enterprise Support System, Distribution and Supply Chain, Partner and Revenue Assurance, and Cloud Infrastructure. Good knowledge on, and including the relationship and interdependency between IT application and platform, cloud technology, cyber security and agile development, with the ability to design, model and implement architecture solutions to meet business needs. Strong technical knowledge with experience in digital architecture and relevant IT-stack, with ability to anticipate/recommend/derive roadmap for future landscape and aligning to company direction in digital transformation initiatives. Good knowledge of architectural standards, industry standards, compatibility and compliances, with experience in creating comprehensive architecture framework to meet future business needs, and manage at a scale effectively. Proactive, able to drive innovative and creative ideas of technology practice by meeting business demands and simplify operating practices. Excellent leadership skills, communication skills and good experience in stakeholder management. Able to influence and sway opinions through factual reasoning. Self-driven attitude with high sense of accountability. Strong focus on delivery when presented with short timelines. Ability to gauge, communicate and influence of technology risks vs business risks to relevant stakeholders. Ability to operate in multiple virtual teams or ability to operate as an individual contributor. Your Responsibilities : Assess and lead development of IT landscape, transition roadmaps, architecture guiding principles, including standards and high-level design at Enterprise Level with the stakeholders. Align business and technology strategies to deliver impactful insights and outcomes for the assigned domain and initiatives to address the gaps between business, strategy, architecture and solution. Innovate and drive IT transformation through processes and new technology to increase IT capabilities to improve overall business results. Lead engagement as the Domain Expert in CelcomDigi's Enterprise Architecture Forum to ensure company-wide alignment to the IT Strategy and Architecture. Ensuring that systems are architected to be secure and resilient through the effective application of security and Business Continuity principles, taking into consideration risks, cost efficiencies, benefits, and opportunities. Explore and collaborate with Key Technology Partners to ensure the implementation of the IT Roadmaps by industry best practice and standards. Your Merits : A tertiary level qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or Management field or holding a professional qualification from a recognized body, though the extensive relevant experience may be considered in place of this. 10+ years of IT experience, at least 3 years in roles directly pertaining to Enterprise Architecture role in Telco industry. Certification in Architecture related disciplines will be an added advantage (e.g. TOGAF, Frameworx, CITA). Experience in architecting and designing the Telco platform, with solid background in solution designing and implementing the entire platform. Working experience with key technologies and modern architectural structures.
