About the CompanyOur client is an industry-leading specialist in the recycling of Platinum Group Metals (PGM) and one of Asia's largest processors of end-of-life catalytic converters, an emission-control device found in both gasoline and diesel vehicles.Job Responsibilities:
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve the agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyse the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) to ensure seamless communication with our Chinese stakeholders.

  • Commission (After confirmation)
  • AWS and VB (Depending on performance)
  • Medical benefit RM1,500 reimbursement capped at RM100 per visit (After confirmation).
