Sale Interior Designer for new coming Sunpina projects.
Engage with clients to understand their design needs.
Develops space planning concepts, prepare design proposal and have good graphic presentation skills.
Prepares drawings and specifications for interior construction, space planning, materials, finishes, furnishings, fixtures and equipment.
Provides project team coordination for finish plans, specifications and material selections required for construction.
Has flexibility to focus on client with a variety of project types or multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development.
Competent and capable to multi task on various projects.
Contributes to office activities, initiatives and learning programs
Contribute to sales and marketing strategies.
Sourcing for materials and purchasing.
Briefing and obtaining costing from contractors and suppliers.
Meeting client to conclude all drawings details.
4 Assisting the project team in providing information on detailing when needed.
Assisting project team in site coordination if needed.
Monitor factory team in carpentry detailing progress.
Assisting factory team in carpentry purchasing.
Provide guidance to others (intern) in the design team.
Brainstorm idea for design project.
Communicate and briefing to superior.
Clean and tidy up Material Rack from time to time.
Managing design timeline.
Material selection on behalf of client.
Shopping with client (if needed).
File update in server from time to time.
