Job Brief: The IT Infrastructure Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's core IT infrastructure. This includes servers, networks, storage, cloud services, backup systems, and endpoint environments. The role requires leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing infrastructure that supports business operations. Job Responsibilities: Lead the planning, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (on-prem and cloud). Manage infrastructure projects, upgrades, and lifecycle management. Ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security of infrastructure systems. Manage Infrastructure support team (Server, Network and Desktop) Implement and enforce infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards (ITIL, ISO 27001, CIS). Experience in Vmware , Huawei's Hyper-Converged Infrastructure solution (FusionCube) Cohesity and Huawei Ocean Protect (Backup Solution) is added advantage. Strong knowledge and experience in managing Windows/Linux/virtualization. Manage enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, switching). Coordinate with cybersecurity, application, and helpdesk teams to align infrastructure with business needs. Manage vendor and service provider management for hardware, software, and cloud services. Provide L3 support for complex infrastructure issues and escalations. Ensure backup and disaster recovery (DR) strategies are in place. Job Requirements: Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 10-15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 4+ years in a leadership capacity. Strong knowledge of: Server and virtualization platforms (VMware, FusionCube ) Networking (Cisco, Fortinet, Sonicwall) Storage solutions (SAN, NAS, backup) Cloud platforms (Huawei / Google /AWS ) Hands-on experience in system security, patching, and compliance practices. Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, ManageEngine.). Certifications preferred: CCNA/CCNP, VCP, MCSA/MCSE, ITIL, Azure/AWS Certified Strong project management and documentation skills.
