Job Description: Responsible for optimizing courier routes for last mile hubs last to improve operations performance (route efficiency and effectiveness) Able to understand, and perform basic excel/sheets analysis of courier performance related datasets Utilizing the internal fleet system to design routes considering various factors or constraint including geographical aspects and traveling distance Coordinating with ground operations to fully understand day to day issues faced by couriers, and willing to perform short distance travel Provide input and recommendations and implement for continuous improvement in processes and overall improvement initiatives Work with internal teams to incorporate new processes when needed, includes updating SOP and training team members Collaborate with other internal departments and provide support on projects as needed Requirements: Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, backgrounds in Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred, however equivalent management fields can be considered Proficient in using Google Sheets and Google Slides. Able to effectively manage and analyze data in spreadsheets, create templates and create presentations. Have a strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data to optimize logistics processes Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
