Job Title- Change Management / Solman Level- Consultant Location- Penang, MY Job Type - Fulltime Responsabilities Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM, to support the change management processes and workflows. Provide technical and functional support for SAP Solution Manager related problems, and troubleshoot any issues or risks. Maintain the integrator between Solman and other systems, such as ServiceNow, and ensure the smooth and efficient communication and coordination of the change management activities. Monitor and report on the status, progress and quality of the change management processes and deliverables, and identify and resolve any deviations or non-compliances. Communicate and collaborate with the change management team and other project team members on the change management processes and tools. Understand ERP processes and advise on change management processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field. At least 3 years of experience in change management for SAP projects, preferably in an analyst role. Proficient in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Cloud ALM, and familiar with other SAP tools and technologies. Experience in integration between Charm and ServiceNow. Strong knowledge of the change management best practices and standards Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to adapt to changing business and project requirements, and to handle complex and challenging situations. Certification in SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, or change management is a plus.
