Job Summary Identifying opportunities, building long-term partnerships with various clients, participate in tendering, secured and delivering Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects to Cypark's. Educate C&I clients (e.g., factories, warehouses, hotels, logistics hubs) on the technical and financial benefits of solar energy. Meet or exceed sales quotas by targeting high-potential industries (e.g., factories, warehouses, hotels, logistics hubs). Support Malaysia's Energy Transition Goals by contribute to national targets (e.g., 31% renewable energy by 2025) by accelerating C&I solar adoption. RESPONSIBILITIES: Market Penetration - Prospect and engage C&I clients (e.g., factories, warehouses, hotels, logistics hubs) to promote Cypark's solar solutions. Client Consultation & Solution Design - Conduct energy audits and site assessments to analyze client energy consumption patterns. Highlight financial benefits, including ROI analysis, tax incentives (Green Investment Tax Allowance, GITA), and Net Energy Metering (NEM) savings. Sales Process Management - Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including CAPEX and OPEX models, PPA structuring, and financing options. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet quarterly sales targets. Address client concerns (e.g., grid connectivity, land use permits, system reliability). Regulatory Compliance & Partnerships - Ensure projects comply with Malaysian regulations (e.g., ST/SEDA approvals, Tenaga Nasional Berhad grid requirements). Post-Sales Relationship Management - Oversee project handover to Cypark's operations team for installation and commissioning. Maintain client relationships for repeat business, referrals, and upselling opportunities (e.g., energy storage, ESG advisory). REQUIREMENT Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field. Minimum 3 years in B2B sales experience in solar energy, electrical systems, or industrial solutions in Malaysia. Knowledge of solar financing models (e.g., leasing, PPAs) and green financing programs. Technical understanding of solar PV systems, energy storage, and grid-tied solutions. Familiarity with Malaysia's renewable energy policies (NREP, NEM 3.0) and incentives. Proven track record of meeting sales targets in the C&I sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) a plus. Willingness to travel nationwide. Show more Show less
