As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our product strategies, driving product growth, and overseeing the execution of key initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, define product roadmaps, and execute on product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a track record of successfully launching and managing products, and experience working in agile development environments.Key responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and objectives
Identify customer needs and develop customer-centric product solutions
Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of product features
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior and product usage patterns to inform product decisions through quantitative and qualitative data
Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, product requirements, and specifications
Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a successful product adoption and integration

What we look for in a candidate...

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching and managing successful products
Experience working in agile development environments and using product management tools such as JIRA, Miro, etc
Good understanding of user experience and technical knowledge
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for creating customer-centric products and delivering exceptional user experiences
Experience in Fintech/SAAS/B2B related products is a plus
